3. Carrier Networks and End-to-End Tracking
Once your parcel finishes fulfillment within the 1-3 business day handling window, an automated delivery confirmation email is instantly generated and sent to your address. This notification contains a verified tracking number linked to premium logistics networks (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL). 4. Order Cancellation and Address Corrections
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you spot an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of order placement at support@konoco.shop. Once an order passes into fulfillment or is dispatched to the carrier network within our handling time, the delivery path cannot be intercepted or modified.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
If your parcel experiences unexpected transport issues, we protect you completely. If a shipment is marked "delivered" but you cannot locate it, or if tracking halts completely for over 15 business days, please reach out immediately.
